Shipping Methods & Delivery Dates

We ship any way you like, and it all depends on how fast and how much money you want shipping to be. For fast 2 to 3 day express delivery, we offer shipping by UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, and EMS. To save money, and if you don’t mind waiting 14 to 21 days, we offer regular post. Only orders less than USD 50 can use postal delivery due to tracking and insurance limitations.

For larger orders that exceed 100 lbs (45 kg), we offer very economical air cargo delivery direct to your preferred airports. If you use air cargo shipping, then you will need to pickup your packages at the airport or hire a transportation company to pickup for you. Unlike express or postal delivery which ships to your doorstep, you have a bit of leg work when you use air cargo. Air cargo takes 7 to 10 days to arrive.

For even larger pallet-size or container-size orders, we offer ocean freight. Currently, ocean freight for a 20 foot container is about USD 2000 from China to USA and takes about 30 days. For air cargo or ocean shipping quotes to your country, please contact our Live Chat customer service.

Shipping Destinations & Addresses

We ship to virtually any country in the world. We can also ship to military addresses. Some shipping companies that we use may not deliver to your address. If so, only the shipping companies that can deliver to your address will appear for your selection during your shopping checkout process.

Customs Clearance & Import Taxes

Please note that some countries place import restrictions on some products such as VoIP telecom equipment. This is especially true if you plan to use air cargo or ocean freight shipping. If you are new to importing via air cargo or ocean freight, please contact your local customs office to verify if you need particular documents for importing from China. When you use express or postal delivery, there are usually no import restrictions as these shipping companies handle all the paperwork for you automatically. However, you should always check with your customs or postal office. All duties and taxes levied by your customs office are your (the buyer’s) responsibility and shall be paid directly to the buyer's customs office or to the courier company when the goods are delivered. Astrohog is not responsible for any import taxes or customs delays since these are outside of our control.

Product Availability

Astrohog strives to stock every item that we sell on our wholesale website. On occasion, items become out-of-stock due to sales promotions or a product being very popular. For items in stock, your orders will be shipped usually within 3 business days after payment has been received. For items out of stock, we will notify you of the expected shipping date. You will always receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number when your order has shipped.
